We are in a tight partnership with Credem, and this allowed us to diversify our interventions significantly, in different fields and for diverse populations. We began with a short-term training program dedicated to private banking departments. As time passed, this program evolved in a long term one, where we curated a remarkable amount of content, different activities (e.g.: training programs, conventions, team building workshops for managers) and different tools (e.g.: Insights Discovery, MAP and the use of specific digital apps during our workshops). These contributions led to a final performance in which private bankers succeeded in promoting the type of change that the company, the market and the customers required.
