Our core areas of intervention represent the main domains of our work. They stem from continuous observation of emerging needs within organizational contexts and are translated into content, methods, and tools that can be activated through both focused, vertical initiatives and integrated, interconnected pathways.
Each area is designed to generate concrete and measurable impact and to accompany organizations in an evolution consistent with their values, objectives, and strategic priorities.
Our tools
We use assessment and development tools designed to support contextual analysis, foster awareness, and guide action—at both individual and organizational levels.
Most of the tools are proprietary, developed by Fluxus HR based on direct experience with clients and organizational contexts. Alongside these, we integrate internationally certified tools, recognized for their reliability and global adoption.
Each tool is carefully selected and integrated in line with the objectives of the project, providing meaningful insights, supporting metrics, and a concrete orientation toward change.
In 2025, we formally established our commitment as a Benefit Corporation.
