Valentina Licata is CEO of Fluxus HR and Impact Manager, responsible for overseeing and developing the company’s commitment as a Benefit Corporation. She holds a degree in Psychology with a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Development, and has contributed to the founding and development of Fluxus since its establishment in 2003, supporting its growth project by project.
She has gained over fifteen years of experience in HR consulting, working closely with companies and complex organizations in Italian and international contexts. Her approach is based on designing tailored interventions, built from an in-depth understanding of the context and a constant balance between external consulting vision and direct involvement in organizational dynamics.
In recent years, she has primarily focused on transformation projects, change management, and managerial development in organizations with international business operations, working in scenarios characterized by high complexity, technological innovation, and significant uncertainty.
