Michela Barbieri has been working in Human Resources for over fifteen years and collaborates with Fluxus HR as a Senior Consultant. She has developed solid experience in designing and implementing development programs for executives and managers across various sectors, including banking, insurance, services, and commercial networks.
At Fluxus, she focuses on personal effectiveness, commercial performance, evaluation, communication, organizational development, and support for change processes. She works on building targeted interventions designed to address concrete needs of organizations and individuals, with attention to the sustainability of results over time.
For several years, she has coordinated a Master’s program in Organization and Human Resources Development, contributing to the training and development of professional skills in the HR field.
