TECNOMAT

Our collaboration with Tecnomat began in 2025 in response to the company’s need to build and implement a managerial project within the corporate People Strategy framework. The project, whose main purpose was the introduction of the new Potential Model, involved Store Directors and Headquarters Managers.

The participation of Middle Management laid the foundation for sharing a common language on what Potential means in Tecnomat, on the positive impacts that using a reliable and structured Potential System and Model will produce, on the tools and interpretive keys that Managers can use to evaluate and develop people’s Potential in a practical and continuous way over time.

The project was entirely co-constructed with the company to customize and adapt content, tools, and methods, even during its duration (6 months).
