We collaborate with Merck by developing special programs and projects with a particular focus on self-development, feedback, and leadership themes. We have worked with the Leadership Team, with teams from different departments, and with managers and professionals across the organization, using both corporate tools and Fluxus tools. The partnership and dialogue based on mutual trust that we have built over these years have allowed us to gain in-depth knowledge of the corporate context and culture, and to contribute by providing our external perspective on dynamics and opportunities for the evolution of people and teams.
