Our collaboration with Mapei and growing knowledge of its corporate context has enabled us over the years to support the development of ad hoc projects consistent with its corporate culture. We have created dedicated projects for Managers focused on developing team evaluation skills and Managerial Training programs. For professionals, we have implemented interventions aimed at strengthening competencies starting from self-awareness and self-efficacy, always keeping in mind the profoundly different contexts of Headquarters and Plants.
