For Enel we have carried out numerous interventions, for different corporate populations and for different business lines, in Italy and abroad. We have created ad hoc projects for a company undergoing major change, with new international and market scenarios to manage. Our main interventions have involved executive and team coaching, team building and evaluation and change management programs.
