JUMP and JUMP HIGHER are the two initiatives that engaged the entire managerial population of Gewiss in Italy and abroad over the three-year period 2023–2025.

The shared vision with the company was to design a journey that supports business development by enhancing leadership capabilities as a key enabler for the Group’s evolution toward a more managerial, international, digital, and sustainable organization.

For Fluxus, this represented an opportunity to build an ongoing “conversation” with managers based on trust, listening, and open dialogue around challenging and relevant managerial topics and situations—providing a space to reflect, exchange perspectives, and share practical tools.

An open and transparent conversation about challenges and room for maneuver, aimed at expanding managerial behavioral options and strengthening the real ability to lead oneself and teams in complexity.
