Over the years we have carried out various training and development interventions for Mercedes Benz Italia. Working in partnership with HR, we have also individually supported all middle managers involved in the change resulting from a job rotation. With each manager, the focus has been on mastering the new organizational structure and positioning themselves in the new role by developing personal awareness and “new” behavioral options consistent with the expected change.
