VERTI

For Verti Assicurazioni, we developed a customized program aimed at the entire population of the company’s Talents, focused on their development. The program consisted of alternating multiple moments and tools: group workshops, individual sessions, use of Insights Discovery and LEAF (a tool made in Fluxus), which provided people with new keys to understanding themselves, allowed them to strengthen some core competencies for the company, and to share methods aimed at managing complex managerial situations. Furthermore, the program triggered useful reflections on the skills to be deployed in moments of great change and complexity such as those determined by the current context and future scenarios.
