For Enel, we created different types of programs, for different populations and for diverse business lines, in Italy and abroad. We created tailored projects for a company in a phase of great change, with new international and market scenarios to deal with. Our most important contributions included executive and team coaching, team building programs, assessment programs and change management coaching.
