During the years, we’ve created and led different programs of training and development for Mercedes Benz Italia. The HR department of the company also asked us to individually support all the middle managers who were involved in a job rotation. We worked with every manager on the potentialities this phase of change had for the company, allowing each of them to feel comfortable in the new organizational structure and in their new role.
