HIVE is the diagnostic tool that we studied to measure mangers’ abilities to engage teams and individuals. Thanks to a concrete and accurate analysis of managerial habits and key behaviors, it provides managers with an extraordinary feedback on their engagement skills and it allows to boost competences and motivation.

HIVE is a survey that allows to set efficacy and importance levels to 20 engagement key behaviors. It can be filled autonomously or it can be sent to each manager’s close collaborators, who can be selected either by the company, or by the managers themselves.
