Over the years I have managed various projects: change, training, assessment, coaching and evaluation. Today I believe I am a precious resource for HR management, companies, property, top management, due to my aptitude for getting to the root of “problems” and intervening effectively.
I have adopted an approach that is informal, straight to the point and provide feedback and insight into organisations and people that are open, without playing games, and useful for those that receive them. I have a genuine interest in results for the company and for personal development.
