LATIN AMERICA
I always look for alignment between professional and personal project. During the first 17 years of my career I worked in finance, administration and HR positions for international companies in various sectors: chemicals, information technology, electronics, health… .
These positions gave me the opportunity to live in Argentina, Chile, Spain.
Then as an HR consultant I build customized development programs, supporting executives, managers, teams and organizations with different services.
In my projects, I always look for alignment between professional and personal project, promoting self-responsibility action taking and concrete results.
