We collaborate with Merck creating special programs and projects with a particular focus on the themes of self-development, feedback and leadership. We have worked with the Leadership Team, with the Teams of the different Departments, with Managers and Professional in a transversal way using both company tools and Fluxus tools. The partnership and comparison based on mutual trust built in recent years have allowed us to know in depth company context and culture and to be able to contribute by returning our external “gaze” on the dynamics and opportunities for evolution of people and Teams.
