For Verti Assicurazioni we created an ad hoc program addressed to the whole Talents population of the company aimed to their development. The program was composed by alternating different moments and tools: group workshops, individual sessions, Insights Discovery and LEAF (tool made in Fluxus) that provided to the people involved new perspective of themselves and that supported to enhance some core competencies for the company and to share methods in order to manage complex managerial situations. Moreover, the path triggered useful considerations about skills to be performed during times of major change and complexity as the current one and the future scenarios.
