We created and started a program for HQ’s managers. Our goal was to work with the client on the leadership and engagement of its people. Our objective was to consider the real implications for team managers in actual business situations and in the context of a pharmaceutical multinational company. We built a format in which we involved managers in the research and definition of new ways to express their leadership and to stimulate engagement in other people.
