Our partnership with UCI Cinemas led us to plan interventions aimed to develop leadership and reinforce skills related to Customer Experience for every level and every Cinema. We started from the specific context of the Corporate and its UK Headquarters guide lines to then customize interventions, contents and modalities to the Italian dimension. So what has been done so far can be seen as a change management that is allowing the Company and its managers to grow and to manage new scenarios.
