We provided support to different realities in the Confindustria System, creating specific interventions for each of them on how to change the organizational and managerial approach in situations that force people to concentrate on innovation, efficacy and valorization at the same time. Our main contributions included change management, coaching programs, assessment systems and managerial training on specific soft skills.
