I am a Transformational Facilitator and Executive Coach that supports and develops leaders to enable transformation of themselves, their teams, and their organizations. My passion is to empower leaders through courageous conversations and breaking boundaries to facilitate discovery and self-awareness I support my clients gain a thorough understanding of themselves by challenging them to go where they do not want to go and expose their “perceived” limitations. I support them through the roller-coaster of emotions as they courageously break through these perceptions and discover the unlimited possibilities. Nothing fulfills me more than seeing my clients grow and evolve. I watch them free themselves, take more risks and reach their full potential. My clients often cite my “fierce courage” in taking them through this journey while creating a safe space to discover their inner leader and the path to get there.
I worked with wide variety of individuals, in the Middle East, Asia and Europe, ranging from directors, managers at Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, government organizations and non-profit institutions.
