For Covidien, we created a modular program that had a significant impact on three levels: the company’s leadership, role leadership and personal leadership. Despite the complex phase that the market is facing, we designed a concrete solution that could be immediately tested. We also succeeded in guiding managers in the discussion of their individual dynamics of self-confirmation and of their favorite leadership styles.
