I’m an Executive Coach and Workshop Facilitator with over 17 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, People Manager and Internal Coach. I held various Regional roles with several Fortune 500 companies in the UAE and Switzerland for both the private and public sector. My areas of expertise include Talent and Career Development, and Performance Management.
As a real change agent and a person who is genuinely passionate about Human nature and culture, strategically guiding, developing and helping individuals, getting them to question themselves and reflect was always where I thought I could add value.
Everybody is different and the path leading to transformation might be challenging at times and so I see my role as being a catalyst triggering self-reflection, awareness and change!
I hold the Internal Coach Intensive certification from the Teacher’s College/Columbia University in New York City, and I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the industry leader, Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
