Completed Master’s degree in Philosophical science in 2012. Here began my consultancy career, which two years later led me to my 2nd level Master’s in Philosophical Consultancy.
My passion for philosophy thus managed to turn itself into a practice of “helping” others, which laid the groundwork for entering the world of consultancy in HR management. After completing a basic course in coaching,
I joined Fluxus in the first few months of 2016 and began to observe the nuances involved in this field and I’m continuing to learn step by step.
I’m thoroughly convinced of how effective personal and professional development is: I feel that greater awareness of oneself and one’s way of working is the basis for improving performance and relationships with others. This is where consultants and/or coaches play a decisive role.
