This is why I have spent the last twenty years designing and delivering impactful continuous learning experiences, with a focus on managing intergenerational dynamics, helping individuals and organizations to reach the next level. During my ten years as a freelance consultant, I cultivated entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to develop customized consulting solutions. In the following ten years as HR in international companies, I managed complex programs, often building them from scratch.
