Born in Molise, live in Turin. I’ve been working in HR for 15 years.
I like my job.
I get great satisfaction collaborating with and for people working in companies on projects aimed at achieving concrete results that last over time. In the last 4 years I’ve followed projects with the main characters being companies/corporations in the banking, service, insurance and commercial network sectors. I’ve been able to consolidate my experience in designing courses that fully meet the various needs of 3rd and 4th level managers, that facilitate the start-up stage of a company, gaining innovative know-how or corporate change.
The areas I’ve focused on in recent years are personal efficacy, sales performance, evaluation, communication, coaching, organisational development and willingness to change.
I’ve been managing and coordinating a Masters’ in Organisation and HR Development for 9 years.
I believe that having a “light-hearted” approach is the key to better working and living.
