Born in 1973, in 2003 I decided to devote myself to the start-up company Fluxus. I have contributed to project after project that have led to the results we see today. My degree in psychology and Master’s in HR Management and Development were the foundation for my professionalism. Since then my over 15 years’ experience in consulting has enabled me to learn from my clients and work hard to provide them ever more added value.
What excites me most about my “profession” is being able to create tailor-made projects with clients and expressing my viewpoint, constantly trying to strike the balance between giving an “outsider’s view” as a consultant and getting fully involved, almost as if I were an employee of the company. I endeavour to achieve concrete and lasting results whilst respecting values, cultures and the client’s objectives, focusing on building trust and quality over time.
In the last few years I have mostly been dealing with transformation and change management projects in Italian context but with international business. The dimension of the international scene have definitely enriched and broadened my views on consulting and working with companies.
For that reason, the challenge in my view is knowing how to operate in a world and market that, from a globalisation, technological innovation, unpredictable scenarios point of view, is undergoing a total transformation.
