POSITION PAPER
In this period of forced change from work habits, we have processed a Position Paper about how to organize remote support for People Managers. A document to provide useful elements for reflection on content, possible solutions, technology and methods.
In remote interactions the mix of attention and focus that managers need to use changes; it is about inspiring, giving confidence, settling behaviors, reading and breaking habits, transferring management modes remotely . The use of content changes, the space for interaction and engagement becomes less usable. Focus on content, faster times, prework and postwork are aspects that become more relevant.
To support people managers we believe there are 4 possible solutions, designed for numerically different groups, with different purposes and a methodological approach based on the needs of each group. Each formula works according to the needs and characteristics of the organization.
